Wow Adelia. This is so beautiful. I think the older we get, the more we have to love ourselves. The health issues are not going to decrease. They will only increase. The physical pain will not decrease, but only increase. It's just the reality. It becomes about acceptance. I have not been next to anyone taking their last breath, but I've been told it's an incredibly peaceful experience. I think I understand why especially in the case of the elderly. They just seem to know when it's time to stop fighting. There must be an amazing peace in letting to. First terrifying. Then peaceful.
