On some days we don’t want to do our spiritual practice.

We do it anyway.

Some days we don’t want to show up for others.

We do it anyway.

Some days we don’t want to apologize.

We do it anyway.

Some days we don’t want to do the right thing.

We do it anyway.

The sheer act of just showing up over and over again will build integrity. Soon we will look back on the life we have built and say, “I’m really proud of my life”.

The power of just showing up is amazing.
